Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Sean Combs has cemented himself as one of the most successful entrepreneurs and cultural icons of all-time. As Chairman and CEO of Combs Global, he has a diverse portfolio of business and investments covering the music, fashion, fragrance, beverage, marketing, film, television, and media industries. And now, adding cannabis to his list of businesses with the acquisition of a vertically integrated planned divestiture from Cresco Labs and Columbia Care in three top markets. Starting in the 1990’s, his Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment Group successfully carved out a new niche within the hip-hop genre and this year he launched Love Records focusing on the R&B genre. Through a partnership with Diageo, Sean Combs’ wildly popular Cîroc Vodka has become the standard for premium vodka, prompting the entrepreneur to acquire luxury tequila brand DeLeón and launch the fitness and wellness water brand AQUAhydrate. In 2013, Sean Combs launched his own music television network, REVOLT, which continues to be a driving force in music and culture, engaging more than 80 million young adults along a multitude of platforms. In 2021, Combs bought back Sean John, his award-winning luxury fashion and lifestyle brand, and he launched several initiatives to help the underserved which included a financial readiness platform called Our Fair Share, a global online Black marketplace Empower Global, and an internship program with WME called the Excellence Program. Sean Combs continues to apply the same drive and entrepreneurial spirit to his philanthropic work and political activism, most recently with his partnership and funding of Capital Preparatory Schools on the East Coast.

Kristina Khorram is Chief of Staff to Sean “Diddy” Combs, where she works side by side with Mr. Combs on all projects and leads internal communication between the business leadership and Mr. Combs. Additionally, Khorram spearheads all of his events, film & tv projects.

Deon Graham serves as the Chief Brand Officer, overseeing brand presence, strategic marketing, growth, and development of Mr. Combs’ portfolio of companies. Graham has over 15 years of experience in marketing and brand development.

LaToya Marc is Vice-President of Strategy & Operations, where she leads strategy, tech & operations, legal, and social impact. Previously, Marc was an investor with Comcast Ventures Catalyst Fund, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Corey Jacobs is Senior Advisor to Mr. Combs, at Combs Global, where he will be part of the leadership for Mr. Combs’ minority-owned, vertically integrated, multi-state Cannabis business. Jacobs is also a co-founder of The Buried Alive Project.

Jay Lundy is Head of Investing & New Ventures at Sean Combs Investments, leading new ventures, investment diligence and business development strategy. Lundy graduated from Harvard University and received his MBA from The Wharton School.

Alaina Long is Vice President, Global Marketing, Combs Spirits, spearheading DeLeón Tequila and Cîroc Vodka. Long also created compelling and innovative consumer engagement campaigns for distribution, sales, and brand placement for Hennessy and Moët & Chandon at Strategic Group.

Christopher Siconolfi

Vice President of Sales Combs Spirits

Chris Siconolfi serves as Vice President of Sales at Combs Wine and Spirits, leading the Commercial Team for CÎROC Vodka and DeLeón Tequila. In collaboration with Diageo, Siconolfi focuses on distribution, brand execution, and volume growth, leveraging his experience from Moet Hennessy, Trinchero Family Estates, and Riboli Wine Estates.
